How do you enhance the learning outcomes in your online course? Who is responsible for meeting the targets? How do you organise teaching and how responsibilities are negotiated?	How do you utilize the assessment data from online courses to further develop your course? How do you make sure that the management in your department is aware of the assessment data and the related needs for improvement? How do you ensure that the online course is always reusable?
Skills	What kind of skills and knowledge do you have in producing online courses? Do you know what kind of skills and knowledge the students have for e-learning?	What kind of skills and knowledge teachers and students should have to reach the targets set for teaching and learning?	How do you use the information on student skills in developing your online course? How do you develop further and maintain your skills and knowledge in implementing online courses? Do you have access to technical and/or pedagogical support in implementing online teaching? Where and who from? Which elements can you produce without help?
Resources	What kind of resources do you have in implementing online courses?	What kind of resources are needed to reach the targets set for an online course? Assess your own time management: How much time is allocated to planning, implementation, teaching and assessing learning?	Are you able to use the information / data about resourcing and allocation of resources in your own online course? How? How do you ensure enough resources for next online course?
Processes	How do you create an online course?	Define and describe the implementation process of your online course. What kind of quality targets are set for the process? Who is responsible for setting the targets?	Do you have a good, working process for your online course? How do you use the assessment data to develop the production / implemetation process of your online courses? What new areas of development / improvement do you choose? On what basis do you choose those areas?
Evaluation / Assessment	How do you evaluate your online courses? How do you assess the learning outcomes of students in online courses?	List the evaluation / assessment criteria that you use in assessing online courses. Are they in line with your organisation's quality criteria? What kind of measuring tools do you choose for your courses' quality targets? Describe how you collect and analyze assessment / evaluation data collected from online courses.	Analyze if the assessment criteria and measuring tools give adequate / appropriate information about the implementation of the online course? If not, how do you define and improve the criteria and tools? Are you able to use assessment data for improvement of your own actions? If not, are you collecting assessment data in vain/for nothing?  How do you make sure that all the criteria, tools and assessment is in line with the general evaluation criteria and tools of your organisation?
